We try to only list items currently in stock to ensure fast delivery.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable, until you reach the shopping basket where prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and VAT shown as a seperate amount.
Shipping costs are restricted in the shopping cart to a maximum of £10.00 for U.K. delivery and £30.00 for Europe. (European shipping currently suspended due to new export and VAT requirements.)
On receipt of your order details from the shopping cart and payment confirmation from "Worldpay", we will process your order. We try to complete these on the day or the next working day after receipt of your order, but on a Monday for example we sometimes have a backlog following orders over the weekend period.
Machines purchased for delivery in the U.K. of £100.00 and over are all delivery free.

IMPORTANT POSTAL INFORMATION
Items valued at more than £100 are sent using a courier next working day signed for delivery service. This applies to orders received before 2.30pm, orders received after this time may not leave until the following working day.
If you are unsure if your item is covered for next working day delivery please telephone. Only Machines & items valued at over £100 are sent using courier delivery as a matter of course.
Items under £100 are not automatically sent out with a courier service.
Some areas of Scotland are a 2 day service as is N. Ireland. Some areas in Scotland & on offshore islands if the package is small & light enough we will substitute with Royal Mail special delivery service.
Accessory items are delivered using Royal Mail and sometimes location permitting by DPD/Local courier where items are under 2 kilos in weight. Items such as spades because of their dimensions mostly have to be sent using a courier delivery service.
Please note next working day delivery does not include weekends, Couriers & Royal Mail/Parcelforce operate with Monday to Friday only as working days and charge substantial extra fees for a Saturday delivery which is not included in our carriage pricing structure.
Detecnicks policy regarding packaging is to recycle boxes where possible, especially when goods are supplied to us without a suitable box for carriage. We also aim to keep any plastic usage to a minimum.
